Long-term service has also been provided to a prominent African fintech company recognized by the London Stock Exchange, which involved developing sales strategies, market positioning, and facilitating growth into new markets. This work has encompassed SaaS sales strategy, go-to-market design, and enterprise customer development for technology-led businesses.
The Advisory has designed and supported executive, investor, and government delegations involving senior public and private stakeholders, emphasizing diplomacy, international relations, and cross-border commercial engagement. This has included bilateral meetings, institutional dialogue, and investment-related discussions between African and European counterparts.
Additional work features investment promotion, foundation set-up, and HNWI relationship management for an African government, as well as fundraising efforts for Europe’s leading investigative journalism organization. The Advisory has also provided early commercial support and operational assistance for a cassava-based ethanol project, alongside market entry strategies, sales execution, recruitment support, and local partnership identification for AI, health technology, data, retail, and wellbeing businesses. This includes targeted support for women in leadership roles within the energy sector and hands-on sales support for start-ups. Furthermore, the Advisory has assisted membership-based organizations with pricing, value proposition, and member acquisition strategies.
